On Tuesday 19 May, the Multi-Ministry Taskforce announced that Singapore (where our operations are based) will exit the circuit breaker when it ends on 1 June. From 2 June onwards, Singapore will gradually re-open economic activities that do not pose high risk of transmission.

We’re now fully operational, details as follow:

  1. Self-collection is still not permitted as of yet, however we are offering free express delivery within Singapore on all orders. International shipping is continuing as usual.

  2. We can give you advice over the phone or a video call (check out our new virtual micro-consults).

  3. We can now do car seat installations at our warehouse. If you’re hesitant about making the trip down, we can coach you through your own installation via video call.

Thank you so much for your ongoing support over this period. The families in our community mean everything to us (that's you) and we're doing our best to support you.

If we can help in any way at all, over this crazy time, please let us know. We're here for you, hang in there!

xx Elise

  • Hi Alessandra, thank you for reaching out!

Legally, your kids will need car seats/booster seats in Grab cars and also from a safety perspective they’ll need them in taxis too (although taxis are legally exempt). James had a similar question to yours (his kids are also 4 and 15mo) – here is the detailed answer for you to read through (

If you’d prefer a personal consultation like James had, please head over to and I can ask you some more questions. If we can help with anything else, please don’t hesitate!

    Cheers, Elise

  • We have just moved to Singapore and have a 15 months old and a 4 years old

Can you confirm if we need car seats for Grab and regular taxis for both kids and which options?
