Refund policy

Change of mind

Safety is our #1 priority. To maintain our high standards, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns on safety products (eg. Car Seats) which have been unboxed, as we are not able to resell these with 100% certainty that they are brand new, unused and, above all, safe. (This is similar to clothing stores not being able to accept returns on underwear, for hygiene reasons).

For these same reasons, it's difficult for a small business of our size to offer returns if you change your mind on a purchase, as most products are returned in a condition that won't allow us to resell them. If you're not sure whether a product is right for you, please read the 'Will it fit?' tab on the product listing or contact us if you have any queries.

If you have made a purchase and do change your mind, please return it in fully resaleable condition within 30 days. You can return your item by post or via a drop-off location to: PramFox Warehouse c/- S.E.T. Logistics: 19 Loyang Way, #07-20 Changi Logistics Centre, 508724. Please let us know when to expect your order so we can prepare your credit note. Please note, these returns are eligible for exchange (excluding shipping charges), but not refund. If the products aren't in a genuinely resaleable condition, we will not be able to honour the exchange.

Defective goods

We include a 6-month local warranty against defective products. Defective is defined as: 
1) Where the product does not correspond with its description; or
2) Where the product is not of a satisfactory quality; or
3) Where the product is not fit for any purpose communicated to the seller before the point of purchase.
If your product meets the above, please contact us within 6 months of purchase at info@taxibaby.sg, including photos of the defect. We will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If neither repair nor timely replacement is possible, we will provide you with a refund, which will be processed within 1-2 working days.

Some of our products include a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, which extends this provision. Each product has a unique warranty; please refer to the 'Warranty' section of the respective product page for details.
